Starting something new is always exciting. It really is but their is a downside to it all: the unknown. Not knowing how this new thing is going to go is what’s the scariest. A million thoughts run through your mind, like ‘Will I fail?’, ‘Is this even worth it?’ etc. I, personally, always hated change. I hated not knowing things, ya know?
I suffer from anxiety as well. So, it makes change a little rough. I have learned to adapt though. I have found methods of accepting change and not letting my anxiety from it control me. I hope others out there who suffer from anxiety can use some of the methods that I will list in my next post to release that weight and strain anxiety puts on your mental, emotional, and physical health.
Just know you can make it through anything and you’re not alone.
